Using CSS styling with html
1) The css fileis (the files with the .css extension, included in the directory where the html files are, on the server) responsible for the presentation (look) of the information (content) included in the html file (the file with htm or html file).
2) Open your favourite text editor enter the CSS basic components, give the file a name and save it with the extension .css. The html file will include in the head tag a refernce to this CSS file.

Smart phone applications
Most of the applications that you see on your desktop are available on the smart phone, at least the functions under different program names. Here are some of the applications that will be covered in this presentation: laguages, dictionaries & verbs, web browsers & editors, world-wide newspapers, text editors, office (suite), graphics programs , CAD, GPS, e-mail and social networks. Before starting, I would recommend that you would create a few folders in one of the shortcut screens, maybe the one having the file manager icon. You might name them as follows:dictionaries, languages, etc.
